Psychological Screening: ADA compliant screening procedures assess for psychopathology that may impede an individual’s ability to appropriately carry out their privileged duties. "Workplace Psych 101"- introductory information on psychological well-being in the workplace with a focus on how psychopathologies form and perpetuate with workplace factors. "Employee MH Optimization" - focusing on preventative intentions that are effective and easy to accomplish at work or home. "Preventing Occupational Burnout" - A focused presentation on burnout, understanding the etiology, how it differs from anxiety and depression, and appropriate interventions.
