With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I've learned trust, credibility, and mutual respect is critical to being an HR advisor. In addition, I value authenticity, integrity, optimism, humor, grit, and a growth mindset. ValoriHR is an extension of these values and brands.

As a natural problem solver, I thrive on challenges and the unknown.  Consulting allows me to meet various clients, design customized solutions that maximize the value of their Human Capital and accelerate the organization's success. I obtained a BBA in HR Management from St. Mary's University and hold a Senior Certification through SHRM. I have created and evolved the HR function for nonprofit and private organizations including Alliance Bernstein, Charles Schwab, Texas Workforce Commission, and the City of El Paso Police Department.

I'm an engaged workaholic that appreciates work-life blend, and working from my garden or patio provides the best of both. I enjoy a view of the Franklin Mountains from my backyard and find it peaceful when my two kids aren't making a splash in the pool! The most significant role to me is being a mom to my two kiddos, but I try to remain active in the community.

I serve on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board, the El Paso SHRM Executive Board, and the El Paso Police Department's Discipline Board. You will find this same work ethic, dedication, and motivation from all of us at ValoriHR. Meet the rest of the team...
